Recent Messages allows Administrators to send a message (e.g., general, quality, or quota) to the producer regarding the quality of their component test.
To view recent messages of the producer from the Lab Test Search page:
Click the vertical ellipsis icon (
) in the top right corner of the Recent Messages, and then select:
•View All to open Communication Search and view list of current messages (see producer Communications for more information.)
•Add New to open Communication dialog to add a new message (see Managing producer communications for more information.)
