The Prior Identity page displays all identities associated with the producer. A prior identity is required if there is a legal change such as a change in the business structure of a farm which requires a separation of the producer's identity (e.g., legal name, registered producer number, etc.), and the quota position needs to carry forward to the new legal entity.
To open the Prior Identity page from the Producer Dashboard page:
•Click the Contact arrow on the Navigation menu and then select Prior Identity.
The Prior Identity page provides:
•View of all identities associated to the producer
•Ability to add, or edit the identity of a producer
