To search or find progressive penalty results from the Progressive Penalty Result Search page:

1)Select or type in one or more of the following details:

•Start Date: Type the date or click Calendar icon to select sample date you want to start your search.

•End Date: Type the date or click Calendar icon to select sample date date you want to end your search.

•Quality Type: Type the first letter of the quality type or click the arrow to display and select a quality type.

2)Click Search or Enter key on your keyboard to display a list of results matching your criteria.

Note: If no matches, then a message displays no records available.
