The New Entrant Producers page displays a list of the new entrant producers who participate in the Dairy Entrant Assistance Program (DEAP). The program assist persons purchasing quota for the purpose of starting new dairy farms.
Note: New entrant producers receive a temporary quota allotment to help them start production. This allotment is limited by the DEAP. Producers cannot exceed the maximum allowed quota; any amount over the limit will be reduced according to the policy.
To open the New Entrant Producers page from the Dashboard page:
•Click Producer arrow on the menu bar and then select New Entrant Producers.
The New Entrant Producers page provides:
•View of the new entrant producers by enrollment date, producer number, new entrant program, status and clawback start date
•Ability to add, edit, or delete new entrant producer details
•Ability to sort column details in ascending or descending order
