To add a new producer access from the Manage Producers page:
1)Click Add New to open the Register New Portal User page.
2)Click the User Role arrow, and select Producer.
3)Complete the following details:
•User Role: Producer must be selected as the User Role.
•Producer*: Click Select producer arrow to display a list of producer numbers, then use the scroll bar to move up or down to find and select the desired producer number you want to create an account for.
•Contact*: Type first letter or click the arrow to display a list of contacts of the producer and select the contact of the producer you want to add.
Note: Only primary contacts display in the contact drop-down list
•Email*: Type the email address of the contact.
Note: The email of the producer contact automatically populates however it can be overwritten.
4)Click Register to save the producer access and return to the Manage Producers page. The producer access displays on the Manage Producers page.

Click Cancel to return to the Manage Producers page without saving the details.
To remove a producer access from the Manage Producers page:
1)Click Remove icon of the producer access you want to remove.
2)Click OK to confirm you want to remove this user. The producer access and its detailed information are deleted from the Manage Producers page.
