To search or find a triggered alert from the Triggered Alerts page:
1)Type in one or more of the following details:
•Status: Type first letter of the status or click the arrow to display the list, and then use the scroll bar to move up or down the list to find and select the desired status.
•Notification Type: Type first letter of the notification type or click the arrow to display the list, and then use the scroll bar to move up or down the list to find and select the desired type.
•Start Date: Type the date or click Calendar icon to select the start date you want to start your search.
•End Date: Type the date or click Calendar icon to select the end date you want to end your search.
2)Click Search or Enter key on your keyboard to display a list of triggered alerts matching your criteria.
Note: If no matches, then a message displays no records available.
