The Progressive Penalty Result Search page displays penalty information for all producers based on individual milk quality test results. Under the progressive penalty system, each failed test results in an immediate per-liter deduction, with penalties increasing for repeated violations over time. The page tracks the number of violations, penalty rates, and related deductions applied to producers payments.
Administrators can use this page to spot trends—such as repeated issues on the same route or multiple penalties on a single day—and identify whether problems may be route-, driver-, or producer-related.
To open the Progressive Penalty Result Search page:
•Click the Quality arrow on the menu bar and then select Progressive Penalty Results.
The Progressive Penalty Result Search page provides:
•View of the penalties by date sampled, lab test date, route, Sask #, violation #, penalty type, and results
•Ability to search by start date and/or end date, Sask #, barn number, and quality type
•Ability to revert penalty
•Ability to sort column details in ascending or descending order
•Ability to export result details
