To search or find processor board adjustments from the Processor Board Adjustment Search page:
1)Select or type in one or more of the following details:
•Adjustment Type: Type the first character or click the arrow to display list of adjustment types, then use the scroll bar to move up or down to find and select the desired adjustment type.
•Processor Number: Select the radio button if you want to search for a processor board adjustment assigned to an individual processor. Type the full number of processor.
– or –
All Processors: Select the radio button if you want to search for adjustments applied to all processors.
•Rate (% or $) / To: Type the payment adjustment rate range in either percentage (%) or dollar ($). To search for a single amount, enter the same value in both fields.
•Amount ($) / To: Type the payment adjustment rate range in dollar ($) amount. To search for a single amount, enter the same value in both fields.
•Effective Date / To: Type the date or click Calendar icon to select the date range of the payment adjustment effective dates you would like the search for.
2)Click Search or Enter key on your keyboard to display a list of processor board adjustments matching your criteria.
Note: If no matches, then a message displays no records available.
