Managing keywords

Adding a new keyword

To add a new keyword from the Keywords page:

1)Click Add New to open the Add Document Type dialog.

2)Complete the following details:

Type*: Type the first character or click the arrow to display a list, then use the scroll bar to move up or down to find and select the desired type of keyword.

Name: Type a name or phrase for the keyword.

Additional information for Numeric or Text types:

Length: Type the number of characters or numbers for the length of the keyword.

3)Click Save to save the keyword and return to the Keywords page. The keyword displays on the Keywords page.

Click Cancel to return to the Keywords page without saving the details.

Updating a keyword

To edit or update the details of a keyword from the Keywords page:

1)Click Edit icon to open the Edit Keyword dialog.

2)Edit or update the details of the keyword as necessary (see Adding a new keyword for more information.)

3)Click Save to save the keyword and return to the Keywords page. The keyword displays on the Keywords page.

Removing a keyword

To remove a keyword from the Keywords page:

1)Click Remove icon of the keyword you want to remove.

2)Click OK to confirm you want to remove this keyword. The keyword and its detailed information are deleted from the Keywords page.
