To search or find a board document from the Board Documents page:
1)Type in one or more of the following details:
•Folder: Type the first letter of the folder or click the arrow to display and select the desired folder.
•Document Type: Type the first letter of the document type or click the arrow to display and select the desired document type.
•Document Name: Type partial or full name of the document.
•Start Date: Type the start date or click Calendar icon to select the search start date.
•End Date: Type the end date or click Calendar icon to select the search end date.
2)Click Search or Enter key on your keyboard to display a list of documents matching your criteria.
Note: If no matches, then a message displays no records available.
