The Producer Statement Alert sends out a notification to selected recipients on the release of the producer statements.
Note: Recipients must be a contact designated by the producer to receive this alert (See Adding new contact for more information.)
To open the Producer Statement Alert page from the My Alerts page:
•Click Statements on the left menu bar.
Updating an alert
Note: Only authorized users have permission to manage alert details. If you do not have permission to make changes, an error message will appear indicating that you do not have the required permissions to perform this action.
To edit or update an alert on the Producer Statement Alert page:
1)Click Edit to open the Edit Producer Statement Alert page.
2)Complete the following details:
•Alert Name: Not editable. Displays the Producer Statement alert.
•Active: Select the check box if you wish to activate the alert.
•Recipients: Select the Email and/or SMS check box of the producer contact(s) you want to receive the alert.
3)Click Save. A message displays you have successfully updated the alert and the details display on the Producer Statement Alert page.

Click Cancel to return to the Producer Statement Alert page without saving changes.
