The Route Test Search page displays quality test results for samples taken from each transport trailer after all producer pickups are completed. These route samples, identified by a barcode beginning with “R,” represent a composite of all milk collected on that route. The system calculates a weighted average based on each producer’s volume to verify that the combined milk quality aligns with individual producer results and to ensure accurate, reliable sampling.
To open the Route Test Search page from the Dashboard:
•Click Quality arrow on the menu bar, and then select Route Results.
The Route Test Search page provides:
•View of quality test results by route, effective date and barcode
•Ability to search by start and end dates is the effective date
•Ability to add, edit, and delete route test records
•Ability to sort column details in ascending or descending order
•Ability to export the monthly quality penalties results to an Excel format
