The Miscellaneous Rates page displays a list of miscellaneous rates applied through the system.
Miscellaneous rates are general charges or deductions that apply outside of pooling calculations. Examples include the shrinkage rate, tax rate (i.e., GST, HST), environmental farm plan fees, or other administrative charges. These rates do not flow through the pool and are applied separately from pooled adjustments.
Note: The start date for these adjustments usually defaults to the current open payment period and may not be editable. The start date cannot be set earlier than the current period, and you cannot apply the same type of adjustment more than once in the same period.
To open the Miscellaneous Rates page from the Miscellaneous Rates:
•Click the Miscellaneous Rates on the navigation menu.
The Miscellaneous Rates page provides:
•Ability to search for miscellaneous rates from the drop down arrow
•View the miscellaneous rates by start and end dates
•Ability to add new, edit, or remove miscellaneous rates
•Ability to sort column details in ascending or descending order
