To search or find lab test result information from the Lab Test Result Search page:
1)Select or type in one or more of the following details:
•Lab Start Date: Type the date or click Calendar icon to the lab test date you want to start your search.
•Lab End Date: Type the date or click Calendar icon to the lab test date you want to end your search.
•Sample Start Date: Type the date or click Calendar icon to the sample date you want to start your search.
•Sample End Date: Type the date or click Calendar icon to the sample date you want to end your search.
•Sask #: Type partial or full number of producer, and then use the scroll bar to move up or down to find and select the desired producer.
2)Click Search or Enter key on your keyboard to display a list of lab test results matching your criteria.
Note: If no matches, then a message displays no records available.
